Development and new homes

We work with communities across Cheltenham to transform neighbourhoods and provide high-quality new homes for local people and their families.

By involving local residents throughout the development process, supporting local businesses where possible, and creating opportunities for local jobs, training and skills development, our aim is to make sure developments bring lasting benefits to the area.

We are exploring a range of development opportunities on sites we own. These new homes will be built to high environmental standards and designed to be energy efficient, helping to reduce energy use and household bills. Our programme includes homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership, helping to meet a range of housing needs across the borough.

Below you can find information about developments we have completed in recent years, as well as updates on current and future projects.
