Street name plates

We are responsible for maintaining street name plates on adopted roads. This is a statutory requirement to ensure clear identification of streets for postal services and emergency vehicles.

To report a damaged or missing street name plate, please email townscape@cheltenham.gov.uk with details of the location and issue.

For other street issues (potholes, street lights, traffic signs, obstructed pavements), please contact Gloucestershire Highways or report online via FixMyStreet.
