We are responsible for making sure your neighbourhood is safe, secure and well maintained. This means dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB), carrying out communal repairs, and maintaining the communal areas.

Our tenancy management officers look after your neighbourhood by carrying out regular estate inspections. If you’d like to join these inspections, please contact your local tenancy management officer.

Anti-social behaviour

Do you feel worried about what’s going on in your neighbourhood or intimidated by a neighbour’s behaviour?

If you’re experiencing anti-social behaviour (ASB) you don’t have to cope on your own, we can help you deal with it. We take anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously and respond to all reports quickly and sensitively.

 Estate services

We deliver an estate cleaning service to tenants and leaseholders across Cheltenham. This service is available for all blocks of flats, including sheltered accommodation.
