Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) is now part of Cheltenham Borough Council.
After a successful 20 year partnership, from 1 July 2024 the management and maintenance of Cheltenham Borough Council’s housing stock and housing and homeless service has returned to Cheltenham Borough Council.

CBH is fully committed to providing a comprehensive leaseholder service, including an active programme of leaseholder participation.
Visit the Cheltenham Borough Homes website for about information about your lease and how the council, as your landlord, manages the building in which you live or are intending to live in. Guidance is also available on your rights and responsibilities as a leaseholder as well as the council's rights and responsibilities as landlord.
