Due to the expected bad weather the Easter Egg Hunt due to be held tomorrow (4th) will now take place next Wednesday, 11 April
Rain will stop play for tomorrow's planned Easter Egg Hunt, but fear not, children of all ages will still be able to enjoy some eggcellent fun at our hugely popular annual Easter Egg Hunt in Pittville Park which will now be held next Wednesday on 11th April 2012.
Totally free and open for anyone to attend, we are hosting this popular event in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council ( CBC ).
To get the delicious treasure, from 11am youngsters will have to find a magic phrase by solving clues scattered around the park. Once they have the cracked the clues all the children will be rewarded with a fabulous prize.
As well as the Easter egg hunt the CBC play rangers will be on hand to provide a variety of fun activities and arts and crafts workshops.
This year the prizes have very kindly been donated by Cheltenham Café Co who run the Central Cross Café and Pittville Boathouse based in the park.
Attendance to the event is on a first come first serve basis with registration closing promptly at 12:30pm anyone joining the queue after this time will not be permitted to take part in the Easter Egg Hunt
Children aged up to 16 years old welcomed and under 11s must be accompanied by an adult. Children are asked to please bring along a pen or pencil.
