Come and experience the eye opening new approach to learning to swim at Cheltenham.

Following the success of last year’s introductory course, leisure@cheltenham in partnership with A2Z Swim is offering a course to help you conquer your fear of water in comfort.

A2Z instructors Andrea Andrews and Zoe Cheale are qualified swimming instructors who will be running a course over 5 days, from Monday 26 March to Friday 30 March, based on the Conquer Fear programme - a system developed in the USA (98% success over 26 years).

Andrea and Zoe said: “The lessons are gentle and fun, placing you firmly in control of your own learning. You will learn how to rely on yourself in water and find the enjoyment of water that has always been missing.”

There are a total of 6 places on this beginner's course which is 24 hours of instruction delivered in eight three hour sessions. With a 3:1 teaching ratio, participants are sure to get the attention they need and the understanding support they deserve from like-minded others.

Participants have the choice of doing either Part 1 or Part 2, or attending both.

Previous happy customers from the 3 hour introductory course, who thoroughly enjoyed their taster, made comments such as: “This is a definite ‘must do’ session for anyone who wants to conquer their fear of water” and “Excellent experience”. “Feeling positive and would like to progress further.”
