Tickets are now on sale for party with a French twist, which will take place at the Town Hall on Saturday 5 March 2011 .  Cheltenham 's Mayor, Cllr Anne Regan is hosting the event and money raised will go to Sue Ryder Care, Brizen Young People's Centre and Dowty House Care Home.

French food, can-can dancers from Janet Marshall dance studios, an auction and a French accordionist will add to the atmosphere, starting at 7pm with pre-dinner drinks. Tickets are priced at £35 and include a three course dinner.

Mayor, Cllr Anne Regan is encouraging the town to support her event by booking a ticket or a full table, she said:  ''This is a time to forget all the doom and gloom of the economy and enjoy a wonderful party, whilst at the same time helping three worthwhile charities.  Everyone is welcome to come along.''
