Waste and recycling collections continue as usual in Cheltenham despite a small amount of snowfall in the borough overnight.

Cheltenham Borough Council and its waste collection contractor, Ubico Ltd., will assess the situation daily should there be any further snowfall or ice and residents are advised to keep putting their waste out for collection as normal.

The council is also advising residents to check www.cheltenham.gov.uk regularly to get the latest advice if the situation changes.
