What information we collect about you?
- Name and address.
- National insurance number and date of birth.
- Medical information.
- Detail about your household
- Proof of occupancy or ownership.
- Proof of income, savings, capital investments and benefits.
Who do we share information with?
- Housing Benefits/Council Tax.
- Department for work and Pensions
- Go Shared Services.
- Your chosen agent, surveyor or and contractor.
- Your Landlord.
- Planning and Building Control
- Voluntary service acting on your behalf.
- Your Solicitor or legal representatives
Is any information transferred to or stored on servers based outside the European Economic Area?

How long do we keep your information?
We keep the information about you for a maximum of 1 year after the loan and or grant conditions have been fulfilled.
