We collect information about you to enable you to use the service which is provided and in accordance with statutory duties under the Care Act 2014.

  • Date of birth
  • Medical information
  • Emergency contact details
  • Next of kin details
  • Your telephone number and whether or not your service is analogue or digital sim based

  • Publica Ltd
  • Your emergency contacts
  • Your next of kin
  • Medical professionals and practitioners
  • Gloucestershire emergency services
  • Voluntary service acting on your behalf
  • Your solicitors and/or legal representatives
  • Your telephony supplier but limited only to telephone number and type of service (such as analogue or sim based)

Is any information transferred to or stored on servers based outside the European Economic Area?

No.

If information is shared outside the EEA in the future, appropriate safeguards will be in place and enforceable rights, and effective legal remedies for data subjects will be available.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep the information about you for a maximum of seven years once the service has been cancelled.
