Programme manager
12 - 18 month fixed term contract 
(21 hours per week)
Salary: £34,793 to £38,844 per annum, pro rata
Dependent on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled and self-motivated programme manager to join our client management team delivering a significant programme of improvement activity across the environmental services portfolio including waste, recycling, street cleansing and grounds maintenance. 

The role will deliver the improvement programme, deliver significant business change, motivate multi-disciplinary teams, produce realistic plans and ensure targets are met, whilst liaising with partner organisations and external suppliers.

You must have a commercial outlook, a track record of delivering successful programmes and projects within a local government environment, ideally with experience of waste and recycling, demonstrate highly developed people skills, be able to manage and deliver business improvement interventions, particularly systems thinking.
