Park Lane Prestbury - draft character appraisal and management plan
As part of the emerging Cheltenham Plan (2011-2031) we are proposing to designate part of Prestbury, centering on Park Lane, as a conservation area. The conservation area would be designated via the adoption of the Cheltenham Plan which is due to go out to public consultation from approximately February to March 2018.
In a separate process, a character appraisal and management plan for the conservation area will be put forward for adoption to inform development in the conservation area. We have drafted a character appraisal and would like your comments on this to help shape the document and subsequent management plan. Parish council meeting
The conservation officer will be at the meeting of Prestbury Parish Council on 12 February 2018 which starts at 7.15pm to discuss the draft character appraisal.
