We are sorry but we are experiencing a few issues with our food waste collections today - Friday 14 June 2024. We expect to collect ALL food waste by the end of the day but your food waste may be emptied at a different time than normal and not necessarily at the same time as your other recycling (if it is your recycling week). If your food waste has not been emptied by 5.30pm today please report a missed collection using our Report It form on the website.

If you would like to report a missed collection, please email [email protected] with your name, address and postcode, and details of which bins were missed.
Or you can telephone customer services on 01242 262626 (lines are open during office hours only).
All missed collections need to be reported within 48 hours.
