Land at Swindon Farm, Cheltenham
Persimmon Homes Ltd, have submitted a planning application for proposed residential development of 260 units on land at Swindon Farm, Cheltenham.

The application site is allocated for residential development as part of the strategic allocation known as ‘North West Cheltenham’, under Policy A4 of the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Joint Core Strategy (JCS). An outline application (known as ‘Elms Park’) (16/02000/OUT) is yet to be determined. Swindon Farm is located within Phase 1 of that site.
