Council branding

Everything that is produced for or by Cheltenham Borough Council including stationery, vehicle livery and staff uniforms, must display the corporate brand. The council has strict guidelines governing the use of the logo, font, colours and overall style.

Whenever possible, the communications and marketing team should see a proof or be assured that the corporate branding has been properly employed. Contact us in the early stages of production for advice and guidance or to request a logo file.

Applying to use the Arms of Insignia

If you manage a local organisation, charity or community group and would like to use Cheltenham’s Arms of Insignia, please apply by email with as much information as possible to: [email protected].

If it is for commercial use, a donation to one of the council’s local charities may be asked for.

All requests will go to our chief executive for a final decision.
