If you would like to pay an invoice the following methods are available to you:

Pay online

Visit our payment pages to pay using your debit or credit card. Please remember to have your invoice number to hand and your debit or credit card.

Call 0300 456 2774 then select option 6 to pay using your debit or credit card. Please have your invoice number and debit or credit card to hand.

If you have an overpayment of Housing Benefit and are struggling to repay it, please contact the benefits helpline. Our trained staff can discuss manageable payment plans with you.
