Bars and cafes in the parks
Sit and watch the world go by at one of the cafes in Pittville Park, Sandford Park, Montpellier Gardens and Cox's Meadow. You'll also find the Garden Bar in Imperial Gardens which is run by Cheltenham Town Hall.
Pittville Park
The Kiosk in the children's play area
The Kiosk has ring-side seats of Pittville Park’s play area and sells freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, Teapigs brews, iced lattes, homemade cakes and Marshfield scoop ice cream.
Central Cross Cafe
For breakfast, lunches and picnics, this is the place to go for good quality, homemade food. With a large outdoor seating area, the cafe serves breakfast rolls and croissants, homemade sandwiches and salads, children’s lunch boxes as well as a wide selection of homemade cakes and snacks. They also have freshly ground coffee, free newspapers, picnic blankets and are dog friendly.

The Boathouse
Hidden on the shore of Pittville Park's lower lake and bursting with nostalgic charm, there are rowing boats for hire, grassy banks to fish from and plenty of seating, with inside and outside space for those rainy days. The Boathouse serves freshly ground coffee, Marshfield scoop and whippy ice cream as well as homemade cakes.

Montpellier Gardens
The Garden Cafe
Situated right in the heart of Montpellier Gardens, the Garden Cafe provides respite for many from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Open 7 days a week the cafe sells homemade sandwiches, wraps, local Marshfield ice cream, freshly ground coffee, and Teapig teas. The cafe focuses on fresh, local and high quality food and drink and with a large outdoor seating area offers some of the best seats in the house during Cheltenham’s famous jazz and literature festivals.

Sandford Park
Park Cafe
The cafe serves freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, Teapig brews as well as a wide range of homemade cakes and sandwiches right through to the Lido's full hot menu, including bacon rolls and cheesy chips, plus 13 flavours of Marshfield scoop ice cream! With indoor and outdoor seating the cafe is open April – October.

Cox's Meadow
The Meadow Cafe
A modern regenerated building set on the edge of Cox's Meadow and Old Bath Road with a beautiful outlook through the large glass windows on to the meadow.
The cafe sells a variety of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasties, paninis and a selection of traditional and modern pastries. The menu changes seasonally, selling soups and jacket potatoes in the chilly months, with salads, wraps, milkshakes and ice creams being available in the warmer months.
The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing customers to enjoy the views across the meadow with the Cotswold hills in the distance.
